Signing up

Acceptance to the course is subject to receipt of the registration confirmation by Pegasus Teacher Academy. The confirmation of registration is a document that shows all the information related to the course and payment conditions. Without having received this document the student cannot be considered enrolled in the course.

Language Skills

By signing up you declare that your level of language skills is advanced, a minimum of a level B2 CEFR. Check what a B2 level means here.

Payment

Payment must be made by the secure online platform or by bank transfer before the teacher experience begins for the total amount of the fees.

​

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified by e-mail to carolina.castro@pegasusteacheracademy.com.

​

For cancellations communicated:

 

• 4 weeks before the start of the course, Pegasus Teacher Academy will refund 50% of the total.

 

• 15 days before the start of the course, Pegasus Teacher Academy will refund 40% of the total.

 

• Less than 15 days before the start of the course, Pegasus Teacher Academy will refund 30% of the total.

 

After the start of the course, the full amount will be retained and no refunds will be possible. There are no reimbursements for courses not attended after the start date.

If Pegasus Teacher Academy cancels a Teacher experience for unforeseen reasons, all fees will be refunded to the enrolled students.

 

Certification

 

To obtain certification of completion to any of the teacher experiences it is necessary to have successfully finished and shared with the coach at least 80% of the tasks.

Complaints

​

Any student complaints about aspects of the services offered must be presented by email to carolina.castro@pegasusteacheracademy.com. If the complaints are received before the end of the course, when possible, an immediate intervention will be put in place to remedy the issue.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions

​

Once enrolled, the student will automatically accept the conditions for enrolment of the school.
